Lot of good ideas here, thanks for posting your pictures Capitan gave me a good idea on lights, when I'm out check my property line here on the Texas border, i sometimes get shot at from the high ground, and as y'all know you can't see the horizon without having to bend forward all the time because of the small Jeep windshield ,so i do my checks at night now with all lights off, using Army night glasses, But now i drive up on them, and i dam sure don't want to keep do this, so the captains post has given me the idea to put very bright lights on the back of my jeep, so i can turn around and run, if they shard to shoot at me. turn the lights on and blind then, i hope ,and keep going and call the border patrol and local law.

Well to keep out people with sticky fingers I made a cover for the back of my jeep. Just a simple frame made out of 1x2 wood and some 3/8 plywood I had laying around. This isnt the best pic but I will try and find some more.
