We just installed the dual kit on our 2.5" jk kit and with proper placement it will work. Although with the right position you still get some contact on the passenger side cylinder and the trac bar. The contact is very light and is just enought to hold a piece of paper. Once again this is only at full lock when turned to the right.

That is also what I found with the 2" HD Old Man Emu lift and Full Traction adjustable track bar. Full turn to the right, it will make contact.

As Ben noted, the contact is not hard, and not even enough to get any of the road grime from the track bar on to the cylinder (it certainly got on my hand fine though...so pretty easy to tell the contact is not much).

I also have the Dana 44 ARB differential cover, and no issues clearing it as well.

What driving I have done so far.....WOWZERS....BIG IMPROVEMENT!!!!

After market diff covers seem to be ok for me. I installed this kit over the weekend. I have solid diff covers and didn't have any clearance issues. See pictures below.

tires centered (my fat finger could fit in between diff cover and stabilizer):

tires turned all the way to right (passenger side):

tires turned all the way to the left (drivers side):

So my question is: Do I move (Looking FROM THE DRIVER's Seat) do I move the end bracket inward on the WHICH SIDE...or both?
I had this same issue. I just adjusted the passenger side stabilizer bracket out until at full left I had about an inch of rod exposed. actually this is how I adjusted both sides. Definitely more rod showing on passenger side when centered. Not sure this is right, but seems to work and I don't get any bottoming out in either direction.

Thanks, after the first ride I know its gotta be adjusted...now after a couple days I see the passenger side barcket has actually canted a little inward towards the center-- methinks I set that side out just a taaaaaaad tooooo much! LOL!

This is one of the best upgrades I have done for the money. Difference in ride quality is night and day.

I went to E-Bay this morning and made an offer. This will be a nice addition the the RC 4" lift I installed a few months ago. The steering is so bad that the wife refuses to drive it. (I am still not sure this is a bad thing)
