Try vinegar to see if that will help.

I’ve not tried myself yet, but I’ve read clay bar and windex.

Distilled white vinegar and distilled water mixed 50/50 put in a spray bottle - spray it on hard water stains and keep damp for 10 minutes, then wipe off with a microfiber towel. It gets the hard water stains off my black Jeep...
Note: Vinegar is an acid and also removes most waxes.
