I just picked up a large egg three weeks ago. I've always wanted one and now I wish i would have bought one years ago.

Just checked it out. I think I'll try the wing rub and sauce recipe. Sounds delicious.

I helped my dad build a custom movable counter for his green egg. in exchange for my labor, he made me the most amazing brisket ive ever had.

Many thanks! Some like to add some heat to that wing sauce. My family does not lean toward the SERIOUSLY hot sauces, so we do it as written. When it is just me and a few buddies I add a bit of chopped Scotch Bonnet or something to make it lively. Let me know your thoughts!
