Default 72” axles | What BS to use?

I’m about to pull the trigger on some 72” wide D60s and was wondering in there were any insight to the proper Beadlocks and BS to go with it.

Does 4” BS work?

Whats the wheel width of the wheels? I would try and get the wms as close to the center of the wheel as possible Are you going to run a 40x13.5 or 40x12.5 tire? I am thinking about going with 12.5" BFG on my next set for some better clearance. I don't wheel in mud or snow so I really don't need the extra width.

I have looked long an hard to settle on the XD231. WMD is 72” and needing something with 4.75-5” BS is going to be best when setting that wide.

I think this wheel is perfect.

I'm running 72" axles with 3.5" BS ATX Slabs and Pro Comp 40s. EXTREMELY wide, but I like it. I think 4.5" BS would be perfect, but hard to find beadlocks with that backspacing.

Wow, "Wide" may be a bit of an understatement there! Pretty sure that would get you ticketed every day around here!
