3rd-go-around

Hey guys, I just put LED's headlights in my JKU and going to put them in my YJ and was just wondering when I put them in will I need a anti-flicker harness? From what I have read and seen online, I've seen it both ways. Don't want to spend the extra $ if I don't need to.
