JK making noise in 4x4 Low in front diff
My JK make a slipping noise as if gears are slipping when driven in 4x4 low range especially when recovering something ie a boat from the water or when driving in 4x4 low and then turning left or right.
What can this be as it is not due to a lack of oil as the oil was replace 300km ago during the ball joint replacement by the agents?
Is it perhaps the transfer case, prop shaft or the universal joints on the outer shafts near the wheels? Where can I start my search for this irritating noise?
