Great pics all. Nice Eezi Awn! What size is it - would you recommend the 1400 for two people comfortably or the 1600?

Yep Idyllwild and Chula Vista are great places for a weekend get away. I'd much rather spend another hour on the road to get there than to go to Northern AZ, only because it's not too far, relatively speaking, from the beach.

My wife and the Jeep on the Sea of Cortez in Baja. It is at Playa Santispac on Bahia de Concepcion.

Catavina, Baja California

Not a camp site shot... just showing how far north the Jeep has been since we were in Baja. This shot is at the Artctic Circle on the Dempster Hwy in the Yukon Territories.

Here is a shot of the Brooks Range in Alaska near the North Slope and Prudhoe Bay. We took the Jeep to Deadhorse/Prudhoe bay which is pretty much as far North as you can drive. Link to Google Map. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...z=4&iwloc=addr

Thanks, but I got the JK so it could get me to wilderness areas to camp/hike/backpack/paddle, and I do that because I'm an avid amateur photographer. Besides, I think the best image is your avatar!

Default Near Telluride

First two are of an incredible area near Telluride, CO. We stayed here for about a week and took day trips through the 12,000ft + passes in the area (Silverton / Quray).
Third picture is near Moab, UT (Canyonlands Natl Park) on the same trip. Little warmer down in the desert.... 112 deg!

I have an 08' X that I ordered and is being built right now. On the last page of the Jeep brochure it has a picture of a tent that attaches to your Jeep. Does anybody know how much one of those costs?

They usually run about $250. Almost every make has them for the suv's.
