Where are the Okinawa JK's?

I work on Futenma.
On this base alone, there 4 CJ3's (Mitsubishi made) 3 TJ's, and 3 JK's.
I have been here since 96 and have never seen a shortage of Jeeps. There has been a larg influx of JK's recently. I know there are at least 20 JK's being driven by Americans, and at least 5 JK's being driven by locals that I have seen.
