My pop up is 2700 dry. Probably about 3000 loaded. I put air bags in my coils added a trans cooler and trailer brake control. It tows good but long hills are the killer. I'm running 35's w/5:13's in an auto.

I think the length is going to be the issue for you. I like to stick with pop-ups or small travel trailers with a Wrangler. Here is my current setup. Tows great!

The 12's are quite capable at towing. 3700lbs is over the US ratings, but it does have the power to pull that if properly set up. IE a weight/dist hitch & trailer brakes.

BUT the biggest issue I would look at is the tongue weight. Thats what I would not exceed.

I towed our old family boat to get winterized today. Only a 20 ft boat, but it's a heavy older one. Had one very steep hill on the way that was a small challenge. Other than that it towed well, it felt like it was pushing me a little coming down some good hills.

I tow a 16' hybrid camper - #3500 dry. My '09 has the tow pkg and i use leveling/stability bars w/the hitch...tows great - no issues over 3 years. Key is to drive a bit slower, etc and keep out of O.D. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.
