I have an AutoHome Maggiolina coming in next week, I'll let you know how it goes and post pics of the install. Its about 120 lbs. I spent so time finding a roof rack to work with it, adding 2 crossbars to a Body Armor roof rack.

Mine is homemade also and I AM actually considering a production line. If I do, the first advertisement will by on JK-Forum! We are doing a short video on Hole in the Rock Trail (South of Moab) with the trailer and will post it when it is done.

My original plans started with your design, ended up with what I have by utilizing material and space required for my gear, 40 cu.ft. Your is by far the more rugged design that looks sweet behind a jeep and off-road. The roof top tents are sweet no doubt. As for production you win hands down, go for it. Cheers

Thanks AlgoDan... your trailer is certainly some fine work and it looks super functional. It was not my intention to take over the post or take anything away from your trailer, it is awesome! I agree, that anytime you can build something useful with your own hands it is special.

Beautiful set ups. I just picked up a M116 Pioneer Tool Trailer Short Version 3/4 ton and I noticed many of you guys have JK rims on your trailers. IS there an adapter or did you have to change out the axles to fit the JK wheels?

Thanks,

Chris
