Possible move to Philly,
Wanting to be proactive,
1. what neighborhoods/city has the best elementary schools.
2. Considered a good place to live. (I have seen Parking Wars)
3. Is there active members offroading

1. Are you looking to live inside Philadelphia proper?
2. If you have kids and money the University City area is really nice. I own a business in Fishtown which is arguably the hottest neighborhood in the city.
3. I just got back into a Wrangler after being away for a few years but yes, people wheel in the area. There are several ORPs within an hour or two of Philly. Options for different types of wheeling.
