Red dots?

Anyone know what these red dots are for on the IPhone app that are next to everyones avatar??

They show if the person is online or not.
Green means they're online, red means they're not.

I agree 100%... that way when I see something for sale I don't get all excited only to find out that it's in CA and I'm in GA and it's pickup only

The only thing on mine is red dots no green. Reloaded and still no green
