UT - Looking for Speedo Programmer

Hey local UT guys,

I'm looking for someone to let use their speedometer programmer to calibrate my speedometer for my new 35's. Basically I'm trying to be cheap and not buy one unless I have to :)

I live in the SLC valley but I'm willing to travel.

I am pretty sure most of the units out there are VIN locked. But there may be one that can :dontknow2:
I have the AEV Procal and mine is VERY accurate and wasn't too bad in price considering its competition.

Hmm, I hadn't considered them being locked to a specific vehicle. I guess that makes sense... bummer.
