SOLD - Off Road Trailer with Roof Top Tent - Western NC

Custom-built trailer with all the comforts of home contained on board. Articulating lid can be lifted with tent deployed to access sink and stove inside trailer. Holds 30 gallons of water with inline water heater and pop-up shower (built on composite decking floor) with enclosure. Hot water available at the shower head hookup and in the sink. Shower enclosure also doubles as enclosure for camping toilet. Dual on-board batteries with chargers can be re-charged with shore power or with the included 1000-watt generator. Shore power, water fill and generator all located conveniently near each other.
ARB tent folds off the back of the trailer with access from the back end and sits on a Thule rack. Just drop the trailer and the 2 scissor jacks in the back and unhook to use your vehicle. Inside the tent are two fans with lights that mount to the inside poles and are powered from the trailer. There is also a lighter outlet for charging phones or powering other electronics. Extra storage in the trailer is located under a false floor with access in the back.
35 inch Nitto Trail Grapplers are mounted on Pacer Soft 8s. Clearance is 12” or more. Trailer box is 8’x4’ and offers many storage options. Propane runs both the inline water heater and the stove. LED lights installed in the lid light the cooking and sink area.
Stove is clean, toilet has never been used, water heater is a year old, and everything works. Propane fittings to the stove need to be replaced in order to work, but stove runs on propane canisters. There is also storage below the sink to keep handy items.
