I have it from a good source as he works at a Stellantis dealership and the sales team was called into a meeting not too long ago. In that they were told JT's would be coming in 2026 where one simply ticks a box for a V8. Now I asked him 6.4 or 5.7? He said sounds like both. My choice would be the 5.7 for offroad range and 350HP is plenty. Anyone else down in the US heard of this. Would make sense as the 392 Wrangler was a joke up here price wise at over list for $140k at one point so everyone treated them like the plague. Also would love a 2 door JT if they ever make it. Better hurry though as my Jeep could turn into a Tacoma soon as I will not go near one of those Pentastar POS. Son's 2016JK had the rockers done at 50k miles and always serviced.

 

I'm really not sure I could bring myself to purchase a Stellantis product regardless of what it had in it. I think had they done a 2dr JT it would have sold like hotcakes. I always liked the looks of those JK-8 conversion kits.
