IMO rear is fine, but get second opinion. Grease your u-joints to purge mud out and grease the drive shaft if you have greasable yokes.

Now that I look at this pic again; particularly the waterline on the door, it might be a good idea to go ahead and do what Jctnt1 said.

The top of that breather line sits right at the top of the driver-side shock mount.

My front and rear breathers are extended to almost windshield height. I don't know what the pig is. Pumpkin? I also didn't know they were open to the inner seal. That blows. I'll check it out on the weekend. Headed for the maintenance stickies right now to find out if my front ujoints are greasable and figure out how to do what you just said. I like changing the diff oil, so that should be fun.

Thanks for the tip Jamie.
Cheers.

Default Thanks Canadians!

I didn't take any pictures to share, but still wanted to say thanks to the Canadians. You are a good group to wheel with and it was nice to meet you all. I had a good time!! I only had the 2 high centers that required a strap, but a outting for me always includes a couple of those.

I hope to run across you again sometime - maybe I'll have to try to come to your country for a outing sometime.

Craig

we haven't talked about what sand does once inside your front axle tube. It will work through your seal and then on your bearings. so flush flush flush.

I keep saying I hate mud but I keep finding myself in it

Must be something about wet stuff. If it's wet I'm in it!
