1953 Willys M38A1 - East Dallas Area
I have a coworker wanting to part with his Willys...any questions, let me know and I'll get an answer for you ASAP.
My Jeep is a 1953 Willys M38A1. The data plate shows that it was issued to the Marine Corp Depot in 1953. I believe that the engine is a flat head Ford 4cyl. I have no idea about the mileage as this was a military vehicle. It has new tires, recent radiator overhaul, new fuel pump, two new twelve volt batteries, and a complete brake overhaul from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders, brake shoes, drums and fluid lines. The steering knuckle under the front end has also been overhauled. The electrical system is 24 volts. There is a custom fabricated tow bar mounted on the front.
The batteries need to be charged. The vehicle starts, runs and drives when the batteries are charged.
3500.00 or best offer.

Bear with me, I asked the owner for the pics a couple of days ago and he said he was sending a video yesterday but I still haven't gotten it. I just asked him again...I'll update as soon as I get it.
