Hi, I have a 1996 Cherokee Sport 4.0 HO with an automatic transmission. I recently straight piped it, being a poor teenager who works at Dairy Queen, I did it with a welder and a reciprocating saw. My o2 sensor is an inch shy of the o2 port in the catalytic converter. This was caused by my shoddy calculations. Should I be getting an error code or warning light?, because im not. Could this be an issue with the ECU?

Don't worry about it. The O2 sensor in the down pipe does all the work.
