CUSTOMIZED stock front bumper - for winch + winch plate
Front bumper. Perfect condition with tow hooks and fog lights and winch plate. Prefer local pick up.

Yep, I did the same thing with my bumper and an XRC...just get a nice jigsaw with a good new blade on it to cut the plastic. The inner steel frame will have to be cut with a cutoff wheel. Patience is key - I doubt you'll do it all in one night, I went slow over a few days to make sure all the cuts were good. Here's a pic of the one I did.

That setup looks great. I know you said that you did not want to ship the parts, but would you consider just shipping the winch plate? If not, could you send me some pics of just the plate and other parts you had to modify? I would like to do this also. Thanks.
