Pacific Northwest SmittyBilt XRC rear bumper and tire carier
I have a used Smittybilt XRC rear bumper and tire carrier model # 76856.
Fits, according to Smittybilt website 2007-2014 Wrangler and Wrangler unlimited.

Item is less than a year old and really nothing wrong with it except for a few chips here and there due to normal use. I'm just upgrading to a different set up and the bumper is now taking up precious space in the garage.
Prefer not to ship, local pick up in Bend, Oregon. $350.00 cash only.
I've pulled the unit off and have all the hardware put into a bag and marked. If I were re-installing the bumper and carrier I might buy new grade 8 bolts ( not that anything is wrong with the hardware, just a personal preference). Instructions are easy to pull off the web. Comes with rear bumper, tire carrier and hardware. D Rings and spare tire are NOT included.
