Which CB Antenna

I'm pretty much settled that i'm going to get a Cobra 75, but i haven't been able to find out which antenna i need. There's a guy on here that has a firestick, but how tall? 24", 36", 48"??

Also, where's an accessory power source that i can tie into so it won't wear down my battery when the jeep's off.

Firestick is an excellent choice...as for length, it all depends on what mount you are gonna use. For the best range you want the top 8 or more inches above your roof line.

I have the cobra 75 w a 4' firestik II mounted on my rear gate. I have about 15 inches above the roof and it gets great reception. You do need to remove it for parking garages and other low hanging places, but there are not amny. We have covered parking at work and it fits in there.
