CB & HAM Radio FAQ
This is the CB Radio & HAM Radio FAQ. Please browse the topics here first before creating a new post. There no sense in re-inventing the wheel, aka posting the same topic 5 times.

Common Electrical and Electronics Questions
Q: Where can I install a CB antenna?
A: Typically there are many places you can install a CB antenna. Many find using a license plate bracket the easiest. Others prefer mounting to the tire carrier. Ultimately, you want a place that gives you a good grounded connection to your frame. If you install somewhere other than direct non-painted metal to your Jeep frame, make sure to use a grounding strap.
Q: Where can I install a CB?
A: The most common places are under the glovebox, above the rearview mirror, on the center dash, or on either side of the center console. Others have also installed it underneath the steering wheel.
