Interference when braking
I'm a radio novice and I need some help eliminating CB interference.
I have a Cobra 75 that I wired to the cigarette lighter (to both the positive and negative wires).
When I press the brakes I get a "click" of static on the CB every second or so. This becomes very annoying whenever I need to hold down the brakes.
What should I do? Do I need to rewire to a cleaner power source? Straight to the battery? Ground to the chassis?
