Jeep Mobile QSL Cards?
So I got to thinking, how cool it would be to come up with a Jeep Mobile QSL card.
Has anyone else done one? If so lets see them!

Although I did not post it, I also use Microsoft Excel for the back side layout of home town info along with fields i.e. Call, MHz, Mode, RST, UTC, Date. and print with a B&W Laser printer.
If you like, email me for the templates.

Nice...........yes I've received a few qsl cards from mobile ops.........I'd have to look for them tho. Hey. I take it you like the IC7k in the JK...??? How's the noise from the JK, or if any, does the NB in the 7K take it out....???
And JKGuy.....that's the nice thing about a screwdriver antenna......can work all bands. And being an Extra like he is, there is no way he would want to be limited to 10m. I haven't been on the radio much at all lately, but from what I've seen so far 10m is still pretty piss poor, Have you noticed many openings there?

Funny but true story: I 1st got the IC-7k for the 2007 CQWW Granada DX-Expedition opt as J3A. Afterwards I rarely used the rig for our other two cars would look down-right silly with a big-O HF antenna hanging on the back.
Having off road in the past and helping a friend shoot 5+ jeep Jamborees, I saved the radio for some upcoming jeep purchase. Although not true, some of my ham friends would say I got the jeep for my radio.
As far as noise, I never hear and Ignition noise as I always leave on the NB. But yes if you turn it off you can hear a little ticking/whine.... "not enough to be a problem or annoy”.
