Anyone have one of these yet? I ask because I hate my Cobra75, horrible performance despite good SWR, but like the idea of the Cobra75 having all the controls in the Mic.

I think it's pretty new to the market and only has one 1 star review on Amazon, but it's from someone who likes the Cobra75 so....

Nice find...this looks like a modern upgrade to the Cobra unit.

Years ago Cobra and Uniden were the same company. I always liked the Uniden products over the Cobra equivalents.

Might have to put this on my wish list and try it out.

Looks like the better option, waiting to see how it works if someone gets it

I've got one mounted in my JL with a Cooltech antenna set up on the tailgate. It works very well, and is lighter than the Cobra. It has a better display and you can change the backlighting colors. It also came with a mic extension cord, which is a real plus. I mounted the box under the passenger seat.

This is one of the three radios I'm considering to replace my current Cobra 75, which is literally falling apart after four years of gentle use. I agree, there's sadly little info on it across the web.
