I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X and i am looking to install HID Fog Lights. When i tired to install them, it wouldnt work. Only one light would come on. Its brand new so the bulb and the ballast are working. Is there a way to wire them to another fuse or to something else, or how can I get them to work correctly.

Just because it's new doesn't mean it's ok. Swap the two and just make sure they both work first. Or just run a wire from the battery to the light and a ground to test them.
