Default 2011 factory switch panel removal help, please!

Hey guys, I need a little advice on removing the plastic cover @ the top of the winshield/roof junction (2011) and the factory switch panel that houses the 4-way flasher and Traction Control switches. I'm afraid to tug too hard on it.
Thanks for helping out a newbie!

For the switch panel, you will need to remove the instrument cluster Bezel and the center bezel. The switch pod is attached to the center bezel with screws along with the HVAC module, Mirror switch (iff applicable) and the 12v power.

For an easy and quick link to instructions, just go to the Mopar e-store, be sure to select "Jeep Accessories" then navigate to the REMOTE START item in the electrics tab. Once there you should see a link to installation directions. You may also look at the instructions for the Hands Free for a few more steps.
