2011 jku ecm help!!
Any one has any Chrysler/dealer connections that could assist in finding a 2011 ECM would be greatly appreciated. Here is my SOB story for the day. I went to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation in anticipation from an off-road camping trip to the UP of Michigan. This has been planned for 6 months. Dealer decides to run some computer upgrades(without consult of course). Right in the middle of the upgrade the dealer computer system crashes and the software update abruptly stops rendering the existing ECM useless. Service calls me to inform me of the bad news and continues to make my day by telling me that no dealers have one, and they are on back-order through Chrysler. The trip was supposed to depart this Sunday. Any help or suggestions out of this nightmare would be greatly appreciated!
