6-Disc with wierd functions need GLOBAL help....
So the other day I purchased a 6 Disc off of Ebay and I noticed the time is in 24 hr. Then I noticed that I'm getting additional song information for FM stations (Cool
compared to my friends 6 disc in his JK. NOW..... What I also found out is that my Deck doesn't show regular AM, but it SHOWS MW (Medium Wave). Unfortunitely it only tuns every 9 points starting after 630am. So I can't listen to 850am or 760am. For anybody that's outside of North America that has a JK with a 6 Disc FM/MW, could you send me your instructions of your manual or a link that could help me with some of the functions, like MW, AP, some T something on the menu as well as the DVD. I'm pretty much sure I can't change the time to 12 hr, but if so, let me know....
Thanks

)Anyway, I've encountered the same "problem" with my AM stations. My fave station here is 1110 AM but I can't actually tune to that. I have to tune it to 1107 which, thankfully, works just fine. I'm sure that there is a way to set it to U.S. standards but have figured it out yet.
Can any of our Aussie or EU jeepin' buddies lend us a hand?
Well, after looking at the AU and EU Jeep websites and finding no info, I tried Google. That didn't help much either until I searched for " req res ret jeep ."
Wouldn't you know it, that still didn't bring up any DCX sites with info! What it did find as the very first entry was JK-forum. Specifically the TSB info about Uconnect which did confirm that RET (& REL) are the codes for international radios.
What would we do without this site! Thanks Eddie for bringing this site to life, and "thank you" everyone who helps make it so informative.
Now, does anyone know where Cliffcrawler & I can find international instruction manuals?
