I have a amp under my seat with no issues what so ever. It's mounted on a bracket that I make.

When I first started to think about the upgrades to audio I too thought about the stock location. So I bought a Alpine PDX it's small and could work back there. It's just space is tight and I saw opportunity underneath the seats on a JKU.

So is the overall consensus for two amps? A 4 channel a single for the sub?

Actually now have one 300x4 and two 500x1 amps. The Pics I posted were before the last upgrade.

Also, why would anyone want to put amps under their seats when you can have subs under there?
