Android 4.3 issues with Uconnect
Thank you for that information:
Motorola & Android version 4.4 was not mentioned. The issue here is with Samsung and Android 4.3.
Android 4.3 issues with Uconnect and the following radios:
RES, REQ, RBZ and RHB
I have recently run into an issue with Samsung phones using the Android 4.3 SW. This issue is with new phones as well as phones that have been updated from the Android 4.2 and are on the CDMA networks (Sprint & Verizon). Phones that have been updated from the 4.2 version have been working well till the update was applied. It most likely will be on other CDMA networks as well.
*** I have tried the HTC ONE with 4.3 and it did not have the issue. ***
Here is what happens:
You attempt to place an outgoing call using Uconnect, the call will start the outgoing call and then you’ll hear “Call Completed” but the call is still active on the phone itself.
This is an issue with the phone and network which is currently being looked into by Samsung.

I have a nexus 4 on t-mobile running 4.4.2 and ever since the update I have huge bluetooth issues both with uconnect and audio stream. Bluetooth will connect initially but will eventually turn itself off. The only way to turn bluetooth back on is to turn the phone off and back on. Got to the point that I now use the usb for music and a bluetooth ear set till the next update.
so this is on phone calls and streaming both. Have you tried rebooting the phone or doing a factory reset on the phone, deleting the phone from Uconnect and then re-pairing the 2 back together?

Has anyone on the Verizon network that was (or is) having the "call completed" issue done the KK Android update that was released last week? did this cure the issue?
Samsung is currently working with Sprint and the KK Android update that was released early on FEb 18th.

I just looked to update my phone, and there is no update available for it. I have the S4 on Verizon.
I think VZW rolls out major updates in phases. My Note 2 still says that an update is not available. My local VZW shop said that I should see it sometime in the next two weeks. Fingers crossed that it fixes the 4.3 problem.
Thanks, please let me know when it comes out and if it works.
