- shut the doors and turn the key from "off" to "on" (stop turning the key at the point just before the engine starts). Do this five times. On the fifth time the key should be in the "on" position, push up on the power door lock TWICE. This should disable the 20mph door lock.

Just curious, but why do you guys dislike this feature so much? Here in kansas city, I like it for a security feature. Again, just curious, no insult intended.

For me its not the fact that the doors lock, it the unlocking part, so i have mine set so they auto lock and when the driver door is unlocked they all auto unlock. the same goes for the remote entry. One button push to unlock everything at once, and NO HORN when you lock it.
Its a nice, convienient and safe setup.

The door lock disable worked and i got it on the first try! No more doors and gate locking while driving. I don't dislike the feature but i should be the one deciding when and where i want my vehicle locked. Thanks!
