Auto Door Locks Stop!!

oops, 2 up on the door lock is " no lock at all over 15-20"
1 up on the door lock is " lock over 20 unlock all doors when open driver door. To be honest i do not know how to get back to the factory settingh of Lock all doors over 20 and never get them open ever agian. Hu Not Sure

- shut the doors and turn the key from "off" to "on" (stop turning the key at the point just before the engine starts). Do this five times. On the fifth time the key should be in the "on" position, push up on the power door lock TWICE. This should disable the 20mph door lock.

...do the doors need to be in the unlock postion prior to starting? How fast are you turning the key on/off? after you hit the lock button twice are you starting the car, are you opening the door? help!!!

It took me a couple of tries to get it to work the first time too.
I finally just started the jeep, shut it back off, waited for the radio to go out, then did the key to just before start 5 or 6 times and it worked.
Worse case if you can't get it the dealership should be able to flash the computer for you.

got mine to unlock all doors when when the driver door opens. Think I'm going to try that for a while.
what other codes are there?
I heard a rumor (and i think it's just a rumor) that when the top is off, and you step on the brake pedal 3 times. honk the horn once, and hit the windshield wipers, the front seat will eject and you will land on a sunny beach filled with Playboy bunnies....anyone tried this

All that happened is i looked like a damn fool sitting in a snow storm with the top down hopping up and down on the brake pedal like a monkey bopping a football while honking the horn, with the windsheild wipers doing that frozen "BANGBANGBANGTHUD" "SWOOSHTHUD" "BANGBANGBANGTHUD" "SWOOSHTHUD" "BANGBANGBANGTHUD" "SWOOSHTHUD" thing.

I tried it yesterday and it worked perfect. I always throw my laptop in the back seat going back and forth from work and usually forget to unlock the back door. This will save me at least 1-2 seconds a day, not sure what I'll do with all that extra time.
