Default Best hid kit??

I've been reading a lot on both the diy hid kits and the plug and play kits. I don't mind trying to assemble one of these myself. I know I want the projector and shroud in black. Light output looks amazing as well as the lights themselves. Any opinions and experiences are much appreciated.

Best are Speaker HIDs, but they're also the most expensive. For DIY, check out HIDprojecter HIDs. Here's a really detailed headlight shootout: http://www.jkowners.com/tech/lights/

hands down best HID in my opinion is HID Projectors - I've seen them in person and they are superb, OEM quality IMO.

best bang for your buck (from what I have heard/read) is Rebel Offroad's conversion kit for the stock headlight housing.

I'm gonna read through that thread now. The ones I was looking at were the hid projectors, they also sell the diy kit. Don't remember anything about rebel off road though. Cost is definitely a factor but better to spend it the first time instead of the second or third. Just hard to stomach $600 on headlights!!

I got the hellfire kit and its great. Easy to install and works like a charm no problems yet. Have had it for about a year. Also I'm running these in factory light housing and now looking for a projector kind.
