its fairly easy....iirc

1. remove lower clip panel
2. remove 2 screws behind that panel i believe there 9/32
3. remove top piece (clips in)
4. remove 2 screws
5. pull from the bottom and the whole piece will unclip...
6. unplug wires if you want to not necessary
7. radio is held in with 4 screws
thats how i removed mine...

You will also have to remove(pop out the window switch) and diconceect the wire going into them, there will be another screw behind this, and there will also be another screw under the rubber sunglass holder or whatever you all it on the top of the dash, then it should all pop off. Also that metal cage that the factory radio uses will be removed( at least it was with my kenwood.)

If you still want structural support for the top of the dash, you can cut just the bottom off the bracket. That bracket also supports the top of the dash using the screw you removed from under the dash tray.

Thanks for the help. Easy part was changing the radio. While there decided to change the 2 lower front speakers too. The passengers side was a pain. Got everything changed and works great. Only took me a couple of hours.
