08 jeep wrangler 3.8 L giving a code C 2100 any thoughts?

That is a weird code I don't recall seeing before. Looks like ABS module is detecting low voltage from the battery. Is the battery in good shape? The one thing I can think of that would be super easy to do is pop off the ABS control module and give it a cleaning with DeoxIT which is a contact cleaner. If the alternator and battery are in good condition, and cleaning the control module doesn't work, then it seems like you're dealing more with an electrical issue through the ECM or a dead ABS control module. That would be my guess.

Thank you for your reply. I reset the ECM the last time I drove it I got it back out yesterday The check engine light came back on. I’ll have too Get the codes off of it again to make sure.
This all started just after I sprayed the engine down, I know better I just don’t like the engine to be dirty along with the rest of the vehicle.
I was hoping that resetting the ECM and leaving the vehicle in the garage with the hood up would allow any moisture, (if that’s the reason) to evaporate.
