crank but no start issue
Maybe this has been a long process and you've already started here, but the start for any crank/no start seems like it should be to 1) confirm spark, 2) confirm fuel, 3) confirm air/combustion. it seems the things you've listed have all been more down the electrical rabbit hole.
I've replaced the fuel pump and ignition coils as well.had it in the shop for a month or so and they couldn't figure it out.they put a new tipm in.then told me that the harness to/from the tipm had broken wires.i repaired those.
Oof. it's one thing for an owner/DIY'er to throw parts at it, but no damn shop should be like that! a shop should be able to test something like coils and fuel pump and clearly see those units are, or are not, the issue. that is one frustrating path you were on. that is a huge issue these days, be it a shop, or even a dealer. people take a vehicle to someone they believe can fix the issue, and those people just start firing the parts cannon at it.
is it logging any codes as a starting point?

im getting codes read today, unfortunately I dont have a code reader right now.i had done the fuel pump, ignition coils, ignition switch, starter all before sending it to a shop.they found the tipm to be bad so they replaced it but still couldn't get it to start so I had it brought back home.been tinkering with it when I can but have hit a wall.
