Default Did I do a good thing, or did I waste my money?

I have a 2010 JKU. Last week I purchased the new Syvania Silverstar Ultras H 13 (9008) for it. I just installed them (with good information from these boards). While cleaning up I happened to notice on one of the factory lights it says H 13 60/55. Did I purchase what I already had? I work third shift so I'll try to see if there's a difference or if I just have an extra set of bulbs.

No, you are OK. The H 13 refers to the bulb type and shape.

The new bulbs should be brighter, but do not expect a night and day difference.

Wasted your money if you don't see the difference. I hope you do see a difference. Please report back and let us know, I would like to go brighter.

I swapped for the Ultras and can see a slight difference. Got them for $30 so I think it's fine for the money. Not a hid difference by any means, but from between the headlights and fogs there is a color and brightness difference.

just my opinion , no mater what bulb you put in, the light throne on the road just sucks .
replace the hole assemble with IPF or hella or cibie , then you will get bang for your buck.

I agree totally. Now I have to purchase some type of fog light bulb that will be brighter and even the brightness of the lights. I like things balanced.
