You might be able to find something that could screw onto it and work as a cargo tie down??
Not a bad idea at all! In fact, it might be perfect for that. The only problem stud is the one sticking up from the cargo floor, furthest from the gate. The one closest to the gate is recessed and the one sticking out the side is not a problem with the cap on it. Perhaps turning that 3rd one into a cargo tie down is just the thing to do...
You could try beating it back in with a BFH. It will appear on the other side somewhere. This is probably not a good idea, but more of a fleeting thought.
