does a light mount exist for the tire carrier?

I do not want to attach a light to my back bumper. would however like to attach one to my tire carrier. Is there anything out there that attaches to the tire carrier?

I made one. Will take picks of it tomorrow. I put it on the tire carrier above the spare tire. I ran wires up to give the light juice and made the bracket and plate mount.

Here's what I did. Not sure what you are looking to do with a light, but mine is for backing up. It could be wired to a switch and be a decent work light...
