Default Electrical System Failures

Hey guys, I just need some help with some stuff not working suddenly on my JK. First off the "ABS" "ESP" and Traction control lights are on, as well as my cruise control no longer works. I don't know if it is some fuses, but the shop wants just 75 dollars to look at it and I refuse to pay that to replace some fuses. I just need some help or opinions on what I should do. I did replace some fuses but it didnt seem to work, maybe I replaced the wrong ones, I'm really not sure. One more strange quirk is that when my lights are on and I use my right blinker the interior lights dim and over head lights turn off. Any help would be great... thanks!

Check your battery, have it load tested. Most auto parts stores will do this for free so will Sears. Then make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight. You may also have problems with the TIPM on the Jeep. Many who have had electrical problems (including me) have had bad or failing TIPM's. TIPM stands for totally integrated power module and its the fuse box located by the battery on the passenger side engine compartment.
