Engine wiring diagram
- Earth

I know you mean ground, but 'earth' is not an interchangeable term. Negative, Return, VSS would be replaceable. I suspect you have little idea of what you are messing with. Looks to me like you are putting in a uniChips box or gauges or something.
- Throttle Pos
The crank sensor (if the 3.8L even has one) is not a normal evenly pulsed signal. If you are trying to get RPM to drive a gauge you may have some problems with that.
Sounds like you need more then wiring diagrams.

Este,
That was a mouth full. Instead of commenting like that, why didn’t you just answer by saying, yes you have a PIN out diagram or know you don’t have? I’ll take it as a bit of humor.
Well, were I come from we call it earth, if it blows your hair back, GROUND will also do. Or lets call it Battery Negative, but a REFERENCE GROUND is the correct one I’m looking for. Also, a crank or camshaft signal will do and IT WILL have any one of them… you are right, there isn’t any ANALOG (definitely not analog) signals for the TPS, also there has never been one in history. If it’s not a voltage between 0-5V or 0-12V, it will be DIGITAL (Hall Effect signal, if you know what that means?) but not ANALOG….
Yes, I want to UNICHIP it. Also called Piggy Back computing.
Thanks for the other guy’s that’s trying to help
