Question Fog Light battery drain

I am trying to figure out why my driver side fog light is staying lit or energized when i have the jeep off and a littles off? How is it still drawing power thru with the switch off and the vehicle not running? any help would be appreciated.

The lights are aftermarket but wired in to original fog light harness. This has just occurred in the past week, that they are still drawing power.
