. Can't order the harness from Mopar for stock amp and sub. If your jeep didn't come with it, no way to do so.

If your wanting an aftermarket sub and amp, use the PAC AOEM-CHR3. It keeps all factory wires without any cutting or anything. I got it since it's 100% reversible to stock and is good quality from a good brand.
Cheapest one I found is this one on eBay http://bit.ly/1iHgTFy

This looks like exactly what I need. Shows it stopping at 2008 model. Will it work on a 2010?

It should, personally I am not using it yet because I'm still trying to figure out my system but I've seen people use it in 2012s. There is another ebay page where it says 2007-2010 wrangler. I'm thinking the sellers just don't update their listings with the right info
This is the one that says 2007-2010 wranglers even though it's the same model number: http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=360475604647

It should work on the 2014s too... I don't think any pin-outs changed on the JK. The problem is your alpine system. It should work as long as you bypass the stock amp and amplify the speakers with a new amplifier. I would wait for someone to confirm that though because I don't have either a 2014 or alpine sound
Anyways, if that's the right unit for you the link I provided is the cheapest I could find it
