Default Headlights

Does anyone know of a good place to get new headlight lenses other than the dealership. Long story but my buddy scratched the hell out of his when moving his grill around trying to get the winch in.

Thanks in advance.

Hold off a couple weeks if you can! David at Northridge4x4 is working on a headlight replacement that will address the very poor light pattern. Rumor has it that they'll be out in time for Christmas. Cost is about $180. There is another recently active thread here on JK-Forum, so search should turn it right up for you if you're interested.

That's nice to know! After I installed my lift I adjusted my headlights and discovered that, like you stated, the headlight pattern is miserable. If I adjusted the low beams to see out far enough they were very dim and the high beams pointed at the sky. If adjusted the them so the high beams were correct the low beams light very well for 100' or so and then it's dark. I'd love to have an affordable headlight replacement that gives me the performance of a 20 year old incandescent bulb!

I'd say wait for the Northridge's offer. Getting an OEM set of headlamps will cost about $160-$170, so might as well wait.

If you don't want to upgrade, I have a pair of stockers. They are the whole unit, bulbs and all, not just lenses. PM me if you're interested.

+1 on not sticking another set of stockers back in. I'd be looking to replace them with something worthwhile!
