I installed a Cirkit Boss last week with the exception of the ignition hot. Is it safe to tap into the left cig lighter for the relay power (activates relay for ignition hot circuits).

Starting to snow and thinking about a Radio Shack run before roads get too icy, if I need some small electrical parts...

Should be OK just to switch a relay.
