I started on the front last night.... The hardest part was getting a clean hole.. I tried a 1" bit and it was making a huge mess. So i used a step up bit, that worked really well except it only went to 3/4 so I then used an exacto knife and painstakingly trimmed away until they fit. The curve of the housing is pretty curved so plenty of silicon was used... Of course I didn't take pic's of the installed flasher but I have not reinstalled them yet so i will get some pic's when i get home tonight.. Pretty sure the rear is going to be easy after this.... Here are a few of the pic's I did take

Default Fog Light wig-wag?

Has anyone tried to do a simple wig-wag setup with the fog lights? I am considering this, but am not sure I want to tap into the factory wiring?

I am trying to figure out what I want to do for the back. Might just flash the third brake light?

My front set up is a Delta Sky bar with 6 LED light heads instead of the standard halogin running lights.

Is everyone here fire/rescue type, that being the reason for the extra lighting?

I'm not really a big fan of wig wags unless they're the plug in harness for fords and dodges. I'm a fire chief and an emt. That delta bars gotta look pretty sweet.

I'm a volly firefighter, full-time EMT and on-call biohazard tech for a company with LE contracts.

If you're allowed to have flashing headlights, then put in a wig-wag flasher... they work great for "moving" traffic. They seem to be easier to see in mirrors, which in turn make people look in them and see your red/blue lights.

Flashing the 3rd brake light (CHMSL or center high mounted stop light) is prohibited per federal vehicle code... so, don't do it.

I haven't really done anything with my JK, but the plan is for Whelen HALO replacement brake lights (turns stock brake lights into LED strobes), red/amber split 6led lights on the stock rear bumper, blue TIR3 lights in the grill and a blue Dual Talon on the dash. I need to get some blue to the rear for when I'm working in Pennsylvania, though... just not sure where. I'm only allowed red/amber to the rear in my home state.

This is going to sound kinda ghetto but I zip tied a dual red/blue talon on the passenger side other rear roll bar. It looks and works great.

Thanks for the heads up on the 3rd brake light - didn't even think of that part of it.

The requirement is pretty simple in MI, single flashing light visible from 360 deg. I'll be looking into those HALOs for my tail lights now.

I'm hoping to have pics of the Delta in the next couple weeks.

I'm a volly chief in Pa. I'm running an LED red/white to the front. Nothing to rear yet. I want years with only a small LED red on the dash of my TJ.

Wow I have missed a lot since I originally posted this thread. Being a Full Time Peace Officer... The past couple of weeks have been extremely busy with the requirement of no one allowed to be off work. But things are looking good on here Firefighter. As for the headlights mine look the same... lots of silicone... Still haven't ordered the LED's for the rear... I like the light output from my strobes but they wont fit and the heat issue still kinda bothers me. Another possibility taillight/reverse Flasher Kit???

Firefighter...any other cons as far as not being as bright???

Deputy45...your front LED is basically like mine...instead of the 6 LED's I only have the 4 that are split two and two. Looks Good!

I've thinking about getting the taillight/reverse flasher too or trying to come up with a why to flash my LED brake lights in the spare tire lugs.
