I have a 2008 JKU Sahara and the horn stopped working. Checked clock spring with obd reader and it receiving a signal Checked horn and it works. When toggling horn no sound is coming from the TIPM relay. I understand that Chrysler TIPM's have a problem with fuel relay but no mention of horn relay going out. Wondering if removing TIPM and reinstalling and doing a hard reset will fix the problem. Your thoughts
