The usual response is to un-hook the battery for a few minutes...

But if I remember right, when you push Seek Up, Seek Down, and Menu all at the same time, there are some additional menu options...

Why are you needing to 're-set'???

I love my MyGIG, but they are touchy...

Get it to the dealership if it keeps acting up. They swapped my out (nav problems) and have been perfect since!!!

Hitting the Radio/Media, Seek Up & the Nav buttons together will either reset the touchscreen or take you straight to the touchscreen calibration. Can't remember which. And as mentioned, the Seek Up, Seek Down and Menu buttons pressed together will get you into the main menu. Thought there was a reset to default option in there but I'm not sure.

I read somewhere in another thread to remove the negative terminal off the battery for 4 hours. You might see if that fixes it.
